Thirty (30) years teaching Women’s Self-defense (Heartland Head start, ISU Social Work Club, Rainbow Girls, Girl Scouts, Heritage Enterprises, YWCA, McLean County Health Dept., McLean County Health Educators and many others)
Father of three and grandfather of five. Has had the pleasure to share his jiu-jitsu journey with his two sons and now his grandson.
